I. Transmission System
1. Excessive Noise
a. Gear or bearing damage, or worn involute bolt grooves on the gears. Solution: Replace the gears or bearings.
b. Insufficient lubricating oil or oil quality. Solution: Add or replace gear oil.
2. Oil Leakage
Cause: Damaged oil seal or gasket. Solution: Replace the oil seal or gasket.
II. Power Steering System
1. Steering Failure
a. Oil level too low or no oil. Solution: Add hydraulic oil.
b. Loose steering control valve oil pipe joint. Solution: Retighten.
2. Slow steering, difficult steering wheel rotation.
a. Oil level too low or no oil. Solution: Add hydraulic oil.
b. Damaged oil pipe. Solution: Replace with a new one.
c. Worn steering valve or pump parts. Solution: Replace with a new one.
3. The wheels continue to turn after the steering wheel stops.
Damaged steering valve. Solution: Replace with a new one.
4. Excessive play
Excessive accumulated play (including backlash). Solution: Adjust or replace.
III. Chain and Fork
The load's center of gravity is correctly positioned, but the load is unstable during lift.
a. Improper chain tension. Solution: Adjust the chain.
b. Fork slack. Solution: Secure the fork.
IV. Electrical System
1. The electrical system is not functioning.
a. Poor power cord connection. Solution: Check and correct.
b. Faulty battery connector. Solution: Replace the connector.
2. The light does not illuminate.
a. Poor power cord connection. Solution: Check and correct.
b. Faulty light switch. Solution: Replace the switch.
c. Light fuse is blown. Solution: Replace the fuse.
d. Light bulb is burnt. Solution: Replace the light bulb.
3. The horn does not sound.
a. Poor power cord connection. Solution: Check and correct.
b. Faulty fuse. Solution: Replace the fuse.
c. Faulty switch. Solution: Replace the switch.
d. Faulty horn. Solution: Replace the speaker.
4. Battery indicator is not working.
a. Poor power cord connection. Solution: Check and correct.
b. Blown fuse. Solution: Replace the fuse.
c. Damaged key switch. Solution: Replace the key switch.
d. Damaged battery indicator. Solution: Replace the battery indicator.
5. Pump motor is not working.
a. Poor power cord connection. Solution: Check and correct.
b. Blown fuse. Solution: Replace the fuse.
c. Faulty pump contactor. Solution: Replace the pump contactor.
