After the electric stacker has been in operation for a week, it should be subjected to routine maintenance. The efficiency, life and safety of the electric stacker depend on daily maintenance. 

1. Safety rules for maintenance work 

(1) Keep the maintenance site clean and sanitary. 

(2) Do not carry loose items or valuables with you during maintenance. Attention! When repairing the electrical system of the electric stacker, if metal contacts the energized electronic components, it may cause a short circuit or burn. Therefore, please take off your watches, earrings or other jewelry.

(3) Before repairing the electric stacker, unplug the power socket and disconnect the power supply.

(4) Before opening the left and right box covers or the electrical system, turn off the forklift key switch.

(5) Before checking the hydraulic system, lower the fork and release the system pressure. 

(6) When checking the oil leakage of the vehicle body, please wipe it with paper or cardboard, and do not touch it directly with your hands. To avoid burns. 

(7) Please note that the oil temperature in the transmission or hydraulic system may be high. The gear oil or hydraulic oil should be replaced after the electric stacker has cooled down to prevent the high oil temperature from causing combustion. 

(8) The hydraulic system should be filled with new clean oil. Attention! If the hydraulic oil is not clean, it will affect the precision hydraulic components and reduce the capacity of the entire hydraulic system. If different brands of hydraulic oil are used, it will damage the hydraulic components and also affect the system capacity. Therefore, when adding or replacing hydraulic oil, pay attention to using the same brand. 

(9) Please comply with relevant laws and regulations, protect the environment, store and discharge oil according to regulations, and do not discharge it into the sewer. 

(10) When welding the vehicle body, disconnect the battery power supply. Because the welding current may enter the battery during welding, to avoid this situation, please disconnect the battery. 

(11) When working under the electric stacker, the electric stacker should be supported firmly with a bracket. Warning! If the support is not proper, the electric stacker may overturn and injure people. If the electric stacker does not have lifting equipment or support protection, it is forbidden to work under the electric stacker. 

2.1 Daily maintenance and safety inspection. 

(1) It is the operator's responsibility to perform daily maintenance and inspection on the electric stacker. 

(2) Failure to perform daily maintenance on the electric stacker will affect the safety and reliability of the forklift and may easily lead to serious accidents. 

(3) If any problems or faults are found, they should be repaired immediately and the forklift should be stopped from use. 

Both belong to the narrow channel forklift series and can complete stacking/stacking and picking up goods in very narrow channels (1.5 to 2.0 meters). However, the cab of the former cannot be raised, so the operator's vision is poor and the work efficiency is low. Since the latter can fully cover the functions of the former and has better performance, the market sales of the latter in Europe are 4 to 5 times that of the former, and more than 6 times in China. Therefore, most suppliers focus on developing high-riding three-way stackers, while low-riding three-way stacking forklifts are only used for small tonnage and low lift heights (generally under 6 meters). With low market sales, after-sales service capabilities, such as the number of engineers, engineer experience, and parts inventory, are relatively limited.

A comprehensive assessment of the impact of these factors should be made before selecting the most appropriate solution.

Usage Precautions

1. Load cargo strictly according to the load curve diagram and do not overload.

2. Before each use, perform a thorough operating inspection to check the battery for water. Never operate an electric stacker with water.

3. Never operate an electric stacker with a severely low battery. When the battery indicator on the stacker shows red, charge it immediately.

4. Never use an electric stacker with a single forklift forklift.

5. Regularly clean the interior of the stacker to keep it clean.
